Currently, Holy Joe Coffee Cart only collects information which you may provide through voluntary submissions, such as when you fill out a lead form for catering services, send us an email, respond to a survey, or engage with us on a social media platform such as Facebook, Instagram, or another such platform. This information may include, but is not limited to: name, address, phone numbers, email addresses, and date of birth. This Privacy Statement does not cover the privacy practices of third party social media and ecommerce sites that Holy Joe Coffee Cart may use. Please review those privacy policies and terms of service if you have any questions about their privacy or security practices. Holy Joe Coffee Cart will not knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13, unless in a manner consistent with the Federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA). If we learn that we have collected the personal information of an individual under the age of 21, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.
